Open Source release of RRP-VPE plus ICSR paper

We (University of Tsukuba Artificial Intelligence Laboratory) have released the Reactive Robot Programming – Visual Programming Environment as an Open Source project on GitHub. Updated project page

I updated the page for the latest project I have been working on, a platform that allows end-users to program robots. I will be submitting a paper about the platform to the International Conference on Social Robotics in a few months.
